Spearmint and PCOS

In all of your internet searching, you probably have come across the idea of using Spearmint Tea to mitigate some of the side effects of PCOS. At first, I was skeptical, but after a few months of trying it for myself, I am finding that it WORKS!

    1. Hey Michelle! I drink two servings personally. In the morning, I fill up a quart-sized mason jar 3/4 of the way with hot water, I add two tea bags and brew. Then I add three stevia packets and some ice so I can sip on it all day! It’s been working well for me. I hope you have success with it too!
