Hey Michelle! I drink two servings personally. In the morning, I fill up a quart-sized mason jar 3/4 of the way with hot water, I add two tea bags and brew. Then I add three stevia packets and some ice so I can sip on it all day! Itβs been working well for me. I hope you have success with it too!

My son loves Earl Grey so I drink that with him but I love chamomile and jasmine tea. π
